Pulse #189

Lee Thomas of Denver Colorado restored Pulse #189 in 2010 and used the BD5 paint scheme on his Pulse.

This Pulse has the motorcycle handlebars.

HISTORY OF #189.....

Pulse #189 was sold in 1987 to a professional clown and 16 years later it was found in his backyard totally disassembeled. Jack's Salvage of Sanford, FL purchased it and spent 2 years rebuilding it completely in 2005. The frame was reinforced it went from a 400cc Yamaha chain drive to a Honda 800cc Pacific Coast shaft drive with approximately 1000 miles on the engine. It has been repainted and new windshield.

Randy Alling of Chicago, IL bought Pulse #189 in about Sept. of 2008 and sold to Lee Thomas of Denver Colorado in Sept. of 2009.

Pulse #189 sold in restorable condition with a BMW engine at Mecum Kissimmee auction for $37,000 plus 10% buyers fee in Jan of 2018



The round steering wheel was replaced with motorcycle handlebars
